Scott is the IDEMIA NSS President and CEO, leading the identity service offerings for federal government agencies and drawing from his executive experience at MorphoTrak and his 18 year tenure at the FBI. Scott has extensive experience working across all government domains including the FBI, DHS, DoD and many state and local law enforcement and civil agencies. As an FBI Unit Chief, he played a central role in the FBI’s Next Generation Identification Program, responsible for research, development, test and evaluation of biometrics technologies and services.
Scott served as Special Assistant to the FBI’s Executive Director of the Science and Technology Branch as well as the Identity Intelligence Lead for the Intelligence Community, supporting the Director of National Intelligence. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business management from Salem-Teikyo University and a Master’s Degree in software engineering from West Virginia University.Close
Janice is the IDEMIA NSS Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for directing its financial and accounting operations. Prior to joining IDEMIA NSS, Janice served as the Executive Vice President and CFO and for a government consulting firm, and spent 20 years leading the financial operations of large, federal agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the Department of Treasury. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Public Administration from the George Washington University.Close
Patrick is the IDEMIA NSS Vice President, managing business operations and support functions. He also serves as the Secretary for the IDEMIA NSS Corporate Board and Government Security Committee. Prior to joining MorphoTrust USA in 2013 where he led the Identity Solutions business for the Federal government sector, Patrick led Interagency and Multinational consulting engagements for Department of Defense Senior Executive clients leveraging his strategic planning and biometrics expertise. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and the Army’s elite Ranger School; he served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Patrick holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Virginia and is recognized as a Certified Biometrics Professional by the Institute for Electronics and Electrical Engineers. Patrick is a member of the Board of Advisers at the University of Texas Center for Identity.Close
Christian Schnedler serves IDEMIA National Security Solutions as the Vice President of Strategy. In this role, Christian oversees NSS’ corporate strategy, strategic capabilities, focal engagements and partner ecosystem. Prior to joining NSS, Christian served the New York Police Department as the Director of Strategic Technology Programs. In this role, Christian oversaw the NYPD’s data analytic, information security and situational awareness initiatives. Prior to serving the NYPD, Christian spent nearly a decade in the high-tech security industry leading start-ups in the video surveillance, analytics, and identity management domains in both domestic and international markets. Christian holds a Master’s of Engineering in Systems Engineering and Bachelor’s of Science in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology. Christian also holds the CISSP®, CSEP®, PMP® and PSP® professional accreditations.Close
Joe is the IDEMIA-NSS Chief Scientist, bringing a wealth of both academic and real-world experience in forensic science. He currently serves on the faculty at George Mason University (GMU), teaching undergraduate and graduate level forensic science courses and serving as the GMU Forensic Program Graduate Research Coordinator. Joe entered academia after an esteemed career as an FBI Special Agent, Forensic Examiner, Unit Chief, Section Chief of the Scientific Analysis Section and ultimately the FBI Assistant Director in charge of the entire FBI Laboratory. During his FBI tenure, Joe’s diverse career ranged from investigating bank robberies, kidnappings and extortions to researching and validating forensic mitochondrial DNA results. Prior to entering civil service, Joe practiced Dentistry for six years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from Ohio State University.Close
Jim is the IDEMIA NSS Senior Director for Innovation and Customer Solutions, bringing a wealth of national and international experience as a Senior Technologist for a US Federal agency on identification and innovation issues. He represented the agency with the National Science Foundation Center for Identification Technology Research and co-chaired the Interagency Biometrics and Identity Forum and its predecessor, the White House Subcommittee on Biometrics and Identity Management. Among his many technology leadership roles, Jim was chief engineer for the development of a major US Federal agency biometric identification system of record and later provided senior oversight for the $1.2 billion refreshment of that system. He also managed a US Federal agency’s multibillion dollar IT portfolio for 6 years. Jim holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mathematics from the University of Dayton and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.Close
